How to Download Instagram Videos

Avoid rate limits
MAX has no artificial download limits, but detection still makes network requests.
If you plan to scroll Instagram for a long time, pause detection and enable it only when you actually want to download something. Otherwise you may double the media requests while browsing, and Instagram may temporarily rate-limit your IP.
Also avoid running MAX together with other video downloader extensions on the same page. They may not conflict, but many downloaders hook the same network/media flows, so weird detection issues are possible.
