These Terms of Service govern your use of MAX Video Downloader, including the browser extension, website, optional desktop app, and Premium features.

2. Product

MAX Video Downloader is a software tool for detecting and downloading media files available through supported browser-accessible sources.

Premium is a paid digital access entitlement that unlocks Premium functionality for the email address used during purchase.

No physical goods are shipped.

3. License

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MAX Video Downloader.

You do not receive ownership of the software, source code, trademarks, infrastructure, or related intellectual property.

4. Payments

Paid access is provided as a one-time digital purchase unless stated otherwise on the payment page.

Payments are processed by Prodamus or another payment provider shown during checkout. Available payment methods are displayed on the payment page.

The final price is shown before payment. The same public price may be offered to users from different countries. Currency conversion fees, bank fees, card issuer fees, or payment system fees may be applied by third parties and are outside our control.

By completing payment, you accept these Terms, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy.

5. Digital Delivery

Premium access is delivered digitally after successful payment by activating the email address used during purchase.

Delivery may require payment confirmation, technical processing, or access restoration through the website or extension.

6. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use MAX Video Downloader.

You must only download content when you have the legal right to do so. You must respect applicable laws, copyright rules, and the terms of websites you access.

MAX Video Downloader does not host, store, index, publish, or distribute third-party media content.

7. Unsupported Content

MAX Video Downloader does not support DRM-protected content, YouTube downloads, or content that cannot be legally or technically accessed for download.

Media availability depends on third-party websites. Websites may change, block access, remove files, change streaming formats, add restrictions, or stop working without notice.

We do not guarantee that every website, stream, file, format, browser, operating system, or device will always work.

8. Restrictions

You must not:

• resell, rent, sublicense, share, or transfer Premium access;
• bypass license checks, payment checks, technical limits, or security mechanisms;
• use stolen, fake, refunded, charged-back, or unauthorized payment credentials;
• reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the software except where allowed by law;
• use MAX Video Downloader to build or improve a competing product;
• use automated abuse, scraping, fake accounts, mass activation, or other abnormal access patterns;
• use the product for illegal activity.

9. Abuse, Fraud, and Revocation

We may suspend, limit, or revoke access if there is evidence of fraud, chargeback, license sharing, resale, technical abuse, illegal use, or violation of these Terms.

Premium access revoked for abuse, fraud, resale, sharing, or chargeback is not refundable.

10. Updates and Changes

MAX Video Downloader may be updated, changed, limited, renamed, discontinued, or modified over time.

Features may be added, changed, moved, removed, or made Premium. Website support may change because third-party websites change.

We may update these Terms when the product, payment model, legal requirements, or business model changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

12. Disclaimer

MAX Video Downloader is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, exact fitness for a particular purpose, guaranteed website support, guaranteed media detection, guaranteed download availability, or compatibility with every device, browser, operating system, website, or file format.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, loss of access, third-party website changes, user misuse, copyright claims, payment provider issues, browser changes, operating system changes, or downloaded content.

Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to the amount paid for Premium access.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
