Refund Policy
If MAX Video Downloader Premium does not work as promised, contact us. We will try to fix the issue first. If we cannot fix an eligible issue, we will refund the purchase.
Premium purchases include a 14-day money-back guarantee under the conditions below.
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
1. What this policy covers
This Refund Policy applies to paid digital access for MAX Video Downloader Premium.
MAX Video Downloader Premium is digital software access. No physical goods are shipped.
Premium access is delivered by activating Premium functionality for the email address used during purchase.
2. Refund eligibility
A refund may be provided if:
- you request a refund within 14 days after purchase;
- payment was duplicated;
- payment was made by mistake and Premium access was not activated or used;
- Premium access was not delivered and the issue cannot be fixed;
- a technical issue prevents Premium activation and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time;
- a refund is required by applicable law.
3. Support before refund
Most issues are caused by website changes, browser behavior, local permissions, network conditions, or activation problems. Before approving a refund, we may ask for reasonable details so we can understand and try to fix the issue.
If the issue is confirmed and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time, the purchase may be refunded under this policy.
4. Non-refundable cases
A refund is normally not provided if:
- Premium access was successfully activated and used without a confirmed unresolved issue;
- the request is made more than 14 days after purchase, unless a refund is required by law;
- the user expected support for a website, format, feature, browser, device, or operating system that was not promised;
- the requested content is DRM-protected, YouTube content, legally restricted, unavailable, removed, blocked, or technically inaccessible;
- a third-party website changed its structure, streaming format, access rules, restrictions, or availability;
- the issue is caused by the user’s device, browser, operating system, network, antivirus, firewall, storage, permissions, or local environment;
- the user violated the Terms of Service;
- Premium access was shared, resold, abused, charged back, or obtained fraudulently.
5. Immediate digital access
By purchasing Premium, you may receive immediate digital access after payment.
Where permitted by law, once Premium access is activated or used, cancellation or refund rights may be limited because the digital product has already been delivered.
6. How to request a refund

Include:
- purchase email;
- payment date;
- payment amount;
- reason for the refund request;
- screenshots, error text, website URL, browser version, or other details if relevant.
7. Refund processing
We review refund requests manually and usually try to respond within 2–3 business days.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method when technically available through the payment provider.
Refund processing time depends on Prodamus, the bank, card issuer, payment system, and the user’s payment method.
Payment provider fees, currency conversion differences, bank fees, card issuer fees, payment system fees, or other third-party charges may be outside our control and may not be refundable.
If refund to the original payment method is technically unavailable, we may request additional information needed to process the refund by another available legal method.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If something is wrong, contact us first. It is usually faster than opening a payment dispute.
If a payment is charged back, disputed, reversed, refunded, or marked as fraudulent, Premium access may be suspended or revoked.
Access revoked because of chargeback, fraud, abuse, sharing, or resale is not refundable.
